Burwood City Football Club is proud to boast a strong Over 45 program, featuring three competitive teams: the Red Team, White Team, and Green Team. These teams participate annually in Melbourne’s renowned Over 45 Soccer League competitions, and 2024 was an exceptional year, with all three teams achieving outstanding results in league and cup tournaments.
Our Over 45 teams are composed of a unique mix of players, including former professional footballers, current football coaches, and individuals from a wide range of industries. Despite their diverse backgrounds, they are united by their shared love for football.
More than just teammates, our Over 45 players have built a tight-knit community. On and off the field, they support each other as friends and colleagues, creating a true football family that extends into their personal and professional lives.
